The Lygomme™ FM range:
• Lygomme™ FM 9000 NP: versatile stabilizer with non partially
hydrogenated (<1% trans fats) & non palm emulsifier. Brings good
performance in bulk, cones and extruded ice cream alike.
• Lygomme™ FM 4000 NP: efficient stabilizer with non partially
hydrogenated (<1% trans fats) & non palm emulsifier. Brings
excellent performance in specialty and impulse ice cream: snacks,
cones and extruded single serve ice cream.
Lygomme™ FM 3670: The blend
provides excellent shape retention and
meltdown delay, creamy & warm texture,
nice mouthfeel, limiting ice crystal growth
and extending shelf-life.
